Masuda Fender & Paint Shop

I had a fender bender and was quoted 1000 at global auto body repair. Took my truck to derek and his estimate was 700. Replaced my side mirror for another 100 saving me another few hundred dollars. I would definately keep coming back to Masuda fender just hope not anytime soon.

I don’t like car mechanics primarily because most of them aren’t trustworthy, at least the ones I’ve had to deal with. And maybe I’d put off repairing the massive damage to my car and kept driving around with duct tape holding it together because auto body repair guys always seemed a little sketchy, too.
So I am amazingly grateful that I asked a friend about their experience with Masuda Fender, because Derek, his staff, and his mom (!) collectively obliterated any fear, concern, or stereotype I had about dealing with people whose mission it is to fix your car.
The damage to my car was major: fender smashed and barely hanging on (thanks to the Universe for the duct tape that held it together or so long), tail light smashed, rear body panel crumpled. The estimate from Masuda Fender was fair, I thought, considering that I expected it to be inflated. Later, when they discovered that they couldn’t fix it the way they’d intended to and needed to adjust the estimate, it again seemed reasonable and I wasn’t concerned at all that they were just bait and switching me. It probably helped that both Derek AND his mom (who runs the office side, I think), called to explain everything before moving forward.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from beginning to end, and the work was done incredibly well. I left feeling like my car was brand new even though it’s almost 10 years old now. They even got my safety check updated.
Of all the good things this year, this was absolutely one of the best.

We got into an accident. Twice in the same day. So needless to say it was NOT a good day! Anyway a friend of ours recommended Masuda Fender. He liked the work they did on his daughters vehicle. So we decided to check them out. Derek and his staff are very friendly! We dropped our car off Monday and it was done by Friday of the same week! He even helped us afterward coordinating a safety check for our car. Awesome work, awesome staff and totally awesome service! Thanks Derek at «Masuda Fenda» as our son would say! Well be coming back soon for any vehicle needs!

I had a huge gash that went across my door and back panel, as well as major scratches on my bumper. Instead of having to replace the whole door, they were were able to fix it as good as new in a few days.
Derek’s super cool and you can definitely trust him with the quote. Not the cheapest but really good quality. Worth it in my opinion.
Sometimes they don’t get a chance to pickup the phone. So emailing is usually better.
Hopefully, I won’t have to go back for anything major. But if I ever need some auto body work, I’d go to them.
