Excellent Physician!
I am so grateful to have found such an amazing pediatrician in Dr. Jeffrey Lim. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I never feel rushed during my visits, he answers all questions and his clinical skills are exceptional (I mention this because I am a physician also). His office staff is equally amazing. Jeri, his office manager and nurse, is friendly, reliable, and full of energy. I have triplets and every office visit is an ordeal, especially if I can’t find a babysitter to help me, however, I always leave the office smiling because my kids are well cared for and the help and assistance I receive when I am there is incredible. I honestly feel so lucky to have found such an awesome physician and office.

I am also one who wishes they could have actually been able to write one from experience…
I made an appointment for my 6 month old daughter, they made the appointment for 1:30 on a Thursday.
I showed up at 1:20. No one there. Called. no one in the office. Waited for 25 minutes or so before I went down to shop for a little bit, went back up at 2:15 there was still no one in the office. No one bothered to call me later that day or ever. Who takes an appointment and just blows it off like that?

I have to say I didn’t actually make it to the first visit because just making the appointments for my kids was a nightmare. The staff was extremely rude. I asked if they were taking new patients and when I told them I had 4 the woman on the phone seemed annoyed. She took my information and set only two appointments first. She mentioned that it was possible my insurance would not cover physicals so I had some questions but before I could ask she hung up on me. I immediately called back and explained that I had just made appointments but had some questions I wasn’t given the chance to ask and she seemed annoyed again. I asked her how much physicals usually cost so that I could be prepared in the event that my insurance didn’t cover it. Her response was «a physical is usually about a hundred and something» so I asked her if she could be more specific and she repeated «I said it’s about a hundred and something.» again annoyed. So I rephrased my question and asked her if she knew the costs of the services in her office. She responded «you want me to check?»
At this point I was frustrated and amazed at how rude she was being. I told her maybe it was better if I continued my search for a pediatrician elsewhere and her response was «good.» and then hung up on me.
This behavior is completely unprofessional.
