Engaged Kokua Nurses about a year ago to have a home care specialist to help my 95 year old mother bathe and take care of herself. The object was to keep her out a care facility. Just last week were ABANDONED by this company who could not replace an employee who decided not to provide care as the excuse that was given by the home care scheduler. Only got excuses and no results. I am terminating this relationship and engaging another company.
