Kilauea Pest Control

My experience with Kaleo at Kilauea Pest Control exceeded my expectations. He was professional and on time. I had concerns about the chemicals because I have a dog and he was very knowledgeable about his product and put my mind at ease. I felt their prices were competitive and fair. I would certainly recommend Kilauea Pest Control.

Been using these guys for a decade now and I am so happy they are around. My wife yells oh there is a roach do something! I call my tech and he is there as soon as possible no problem sometimes he gets there same day.

This company is fantastic! They are very responsive and the reps that I work with have been great! Dave is one of our favorites! He always calls to check in with me and confirm our appointment and he’s very flexible on the scheduling. He is great about taking care of any pest emergencies and we appreciate his willingness to help us out. He’s also very trustworthy and we let him enter our home when we aren’t there. It’s a relief to us that we don’t always have to be home and we trust him. The company is very honest and very knowledgeable about the different pests.
The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because their billing has been unorganized for awhile and we keep having issues with it. They always fix it but it’s been a hassle. We have more than one home that utilizes the services. They sometimes credit the wrong account, we sometimes get billed more than once for the same property, and sometimes we don’t get billed for 2 – 4 months and then they hit us with a big bill! Like I said, they always work it out but it can be a little bit of a hassle.
Even with the hiccup of the billing issues we have had I still think this really is the best company. The owner Jon is extremely nice, very helpful, and very responsive. He really does try to take care of us whenever there is an issue.

Great service! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always come when needed and take care of the buggers regardless of whether it’s those tiny ghost ants or mice! We have had great success. Also, the different technicians we’ve had come the past six years are always respectful. I highly recommend this company!

And they answered any concerns and needs that I had. Ashley was a great help and sending their informative staff right away. Keli’i had all my questions answered. They are there whenever I need them. I had a termite problem in my home. And now I can say whole handedly that my house is well taken cared of. They are a 100% educated.
