The product is good, but expensive. And salespeople are con artist. When they say they want to give you a sample, keep walking. After giving you a demo, they’ll offer you free gifts but as soon you tell them you’re not interested or you’ll buy it later, they rip everything out your hands and tried to kick you out. They even ask me why I can’t buy their product. That’s none of their f**king business. Again if they try to approach you, keeping walking!

Hands down the most annoying kiosk in Ala Moana. Unfortunately its hair straightener/curling iron duo is the best invention since mineral makeup. It’ll give you Jessica Simpson tresses in mere minutes – it’s a little pricey at $ 150, though. So I love the tool, but I hate the salespeople. I already bought their hair product and they continue to bombard me with sales pitches. 10 out of 10 times I walk by, the same individuals will shoot me the same line: «Miss, can I ask you a question?» No, you can’t – I already have stick straight Asian hair. You already did the demo on my hair – twice in fact. And you already conned me into buying the straightener. And no but thanks, I already got my mom a Mother’s Day present. The salespeople should make the blatant fact that they’re on commission less obvious. Please realize a great product doesn’t require customer-hackling.
