This is our second time that we used Wayne to do the J-​1 inspection for a purchase. Thanks to his decisive response, the leak was remedied early in the J-​1 phase to minimize the damage to cabinets and flooring due to water incursion. Wayne answered all my calls as I worked with the seller and bldg maintenance to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to avoid issues with mold.
