I found Dr Pasquale and his friendly staff just in-​time for my 50^th birthday! Time to turn back the clock, starting with my lips that got thin because of age.
He also has a weight-​loss Specialist in staff. I will be back for that and more!
I feel young, but my body needs a little help. Glad that I found the very knowledgeable and down-​to-​earth Dr Pasquale just in time!

UPDATE 6÷5÷16− I changed my rating from five stars to three stars because there was no follow-​up from the office when I was told they do a 10-​day check in. I was very surprised that no one called me to see how my body reacted to this as it was the first time I did this kind of procedure and I spoke to them about future procedures.
Customer service is lacking. I canceled my consultation with their weight-​loss doctor because of this.
6÷14÷16− They finally called, but did a hang up and did not leave a message.

In 2010 dr. Pasquale did my breast augmentation. He was very thorough in his consultation, yet simple for someone like me who was a first-​time patient to plastic surgery. We spoke about what kind of implant would be suitable for my body type. I was reassured with my choice for him to be my doctor when he suggested that I keep my size natural for my frame and he didn’t allow me to do anything crazy or too big. We chose saline implants that went through my arm-​pits. My scar is barely visible because Dr. Pasquale used my natural folds to hide my incision. His staff was very kind, and helpful before, and immediately after my breast-​augmentation procedure. They sent me home with a information packet not only for my physical healing, but also my mental healing process which guided me step by step on how I should deal with my sudden body changes, which was a comfort to me. During my healing process I was shocked at how fast I healed. My pain level, was uncomfortable, yet not too intense, and within days I was back to my normal routine just had to do things more carefully. My breast size was a small-​A before implants, and now they are a 32D. I am pleased with his suggestion that we agreed upon for my size. His staff followed up with me and reminded me of my check-​up appointments and each one was easy and they always made me feel like I was in great-​hands. It’s been 6 years now, and my implants are still amazing! I have 6 children, 3 after the implants Dr. Pasquale did for me. I’ve breastfed each of my 3 babies post implants with no problems. Fast-​forward to 2016 and I’ve went back to see Dr. Pasquale for my lip-​filler augmentation. As expected, Dr. Pasquale, and his staff were a joy to see and to work with. He has a different location which is just beautiful and spacious. They offer 2 different fillers for lips and doctor advised me to go with restylane. Procedure was quick and from a scale of 0 – 10 for pain, needle insertion was a 3, no stinging feeling I attributed that to the frozen pack they made me hold to my lips 10 mins prior to lip fillers :) I’ve had a consultation for a rhinoplasty which I want him to do for me. I’ve pondered this for 10 years now and am finally brave enough to go through with this and I feel safe knowing Dr. Pasquale will be my doctor. My husband respects my choice for Dr. Pasquale because he feels like he is down-​to-​earth and not a snob. His integrity and testimony of his work speaks for itself. I am a living testimony of his work. They also share a common ground of serving in the U.S. military so he feels proud to patronize his establishment. It’s been 1 day, post-​op of my restylane fillers. I have slight swelling, but nothing like Farrah (from teen-​mom) lol my pain level is 0. Last night though before bed it was a bit uncomfortable, which Dr. Pasquale informed me that it would be, and was most swollen then. I woke up with less swelling. I honestly wish they stayed this big-​looking :) I have to check up with him in a week or so. Overall, my experience with Dr. Pasquale has been exciting, easy, and everything that I hoped for, and I am very glad that he is my doctor and pleased with his gorgeous staff and their kind attitudes.

This review is meant as a past breast augmentation and a recent Dr appt. So in 2007 after I finished wrestling in college, I decided with a job that actually pays money and not scholarship for school that I would get my breast done. I’ve always wanted them and have been thinking about it since 2002. So I went to go Dr Pasquale. He was very direct explaining my options, nice, and listened exactly what I wanted. Next thing I knew I was gonna have the surgery 2 weeks later. I was scared, excited, nervous all at the same time. After I woke up from surgery I felt as if I just took a nap. I can’t say enough about my experience. Post op care was awesome. I was well taken care of.
Heard the Dr had a new office and I’m at a different place in my life, where I’m ready to have them smaller, went in, the receptionist was sweet and caring. Sara at the front was a familiar face and was so attentive. Rose gave me options for scheduling and financing. All in all its a great experience. I would always recommend him. Even my sissy and girlfriends go to him. I can’t say enough great things about him. I haven’t decided If I’m gonna do the reduction through them but If I do I’ll post the after.

I recently had liposuction in my stomach and flanks with a fat-​transfer to my buttocks and lips. Dr. Pasquale was my Doctor and Ellen was my nurse but I also communicated with Rose quite often. I am very pleased with my experience there. I requested this surgery short-​notice and initially asked for button implants which is the more expensive option. Dr. Pasquale took the time to explain to me all the reasons why the fat-​transfer (less expensive) was a better option for me. While they expedited my surgery date, no corners were cut in doing so. I was very informed thoroughly throughout the process.
Pre-​surgery, Ellen was most helpful in assisting with how to translate exactly what I wanted in my new buttocks/​lips to the doctor. Everyone did their best to make me feel comfortable which made it the least frightning experience ever going into surgery. They even turned on some tunes in my final prep to lighten the mood which was AWESOME! They asked me what kind of music I liked so they could have something playing for me when I woke up. =)
After care was on point and results are so perfect. I’m so excited to show off this new bottom! I’ve went my whole life without having booty meat, I forgot to tell Dr. but he was the very first person my entire life to tell me my butt looks great today in my post-​op appointment. =) Thank you! The ladies at the front desk also went above and beyond to help me transfer care to the city I’m moving to, much appreciated. =)
The entire team was very professional, kind and notably down to earth. Nurse Ellen compared thier workplace as being similar to NipTuck (without the drama of course) in that they try NOT to be uptight to the point where it causes undue stress (hence the tunes playing during surgery prep). It was truly an unmatchable experience that I don’t believe I would have found anywhere else.
Lastly, I must mention the previous negative comment regarding Rose. I am floored that someone could say those things about her. She is so kind, soft-​spoken, humble and knowledgeable. In fact, I thought it was the cutest thing to hear her say things like «butt» because she is so soft-​spoken that you would expect to hear her say the proper term like «buttocks». It just made me giggle. She was a pleasure to work with consistently. Highly recommend!

Literally a mistake. I wasted so much money on this doctor when I should have flown out of state like I had planned to. I was so unhappy with my results. I had «liposuction» on my abdomen, flanks, back, and arms. Surprisingly I woke up only 1 HOUR! After I was put to sleep! I was told it would take 3 – 4 hours. I was immediately like ok something is wrong? They also said I only filled 1 jar which is extremely abnormal for the amount of area I was having done. On my 3 month checkup he was fully aware of the fact that my arms looked EXATLY THE SAME and my abdomen was still very chunky. He then set up an appointment for a «revision» on my arms and said I would have to wait 6 months for my abdomen to heal. I did my arms and they are a LITTLE better but still very large and I still cannot fit into collard shirts. Even after 2 liposuctions. Then when I went to go back for my abdomen revision he said he would not do it for free because they did my arms for free? Like really. My measurements were EXACTLY the same as my first consultation? They wanted me to pay full price to fix what he never did in the first place. Needless to say I walked out and now I’m so afraid to see another doctor and my boyfriend also is strongly against it seeing as I wasted so much money with my stupid decision to pick this Dr. He even specifically asked me not to go to the Internet with what happened? He obviously knows from his last Unilocal page that they had deleted when he moved offices. Please be careful when you pick a doctor. I still look exactly the same I feel like I have been robbed :(

By far the best on Island… From the office to the staff, so nice and professional! From my first phone call, the receptionist was so polite. Parking was easy. The building is Beautifully designed and there is a private elevator just the clients. As soon as you get off the elevator your greeted with smiles. there was barely a wait time before being seen. Dr Pasquale was so kind and down to earth. Right away I could tell he was very experienced. Most important for me, is the cleanliness of the office. I would recommend Dr. Pasquale anytime.
Not to mention parking was free and so was consultation.

Amazing! The Infinity Life Center with Dr. Pasquale is absolutely the best! As the reviews say, he is as good as it gets! I have had 3 procedures this year and one procedure two years ago (breast augmentation and abdominoplasty are among my procedures) and I cannot be happier! Truly, I cannot rave enough about how incredible my experience has been. From the first consult, to surgery, recovery and the appointments after; the quality of care is unsurpassable. Dr. Pasquale is a miracle worker. He is skilled beyond recognition, precise, honest and his attention to detail is unlike anyone I have ever seen or heard of. He is the best in the world. His staff is equally incredible. The surgical team, admin, nurses and especially Rose, are outstanding. They are attentive, kind, efficient and best of all, they treat you like family. From the luxurious facility to phenomenal results with a top notch surgeon and excellent staff… you will definitely be thrilled. Like I said, he has become a hero in my eyes, the most incredible surgeon in the world… a true miracle worker! Thank you just isn’t enough!

Truly as good as it gets! A gorgeous facility, amazingly friendly staff, and terrific results! Dr. Pasquale and his staff performed several of my procedures (Mommy Makeover & Rhinoplasty) and I could not have imagined better results. Honestly my before and after is unrecognizable. The quality of care is unmatched by any other medical provider I have ever been to beginning from the consultation all the way through 100% of the recovery. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. I definitely plan on going back for any and all of my future procedures and or services.
