Been doing laundry here for years. The cleanliness has gone down hill for a very obvious reason. I typically do my laundry at 7am and that’s when it is the worst. I have no complaints except for the cleanliness. I’ve talked to the maintenance staff and they agree… this place turns into a mess at night. Not long ago it became a 24hr operation. That invited the vagrants and now it always looks like shit. Every call I’ve made to management has been answered promptly and they have come down to clean. EVery time: trash everywhere, dirty top sides. They need to clean this place 3x/​day. Operationally it’s fine. I’m looking for a different location to do laundry.

Pros: great prices, all the machines worked, get parking.
Cons: not enough machines, card readers don’t work and take your money.
The machine with the card reader declined my debit card and took my money. Called the company up and left a voicemail. Haven’t gotten a call back about it. Pissed me off.

Are you in Waikiki and have a duffle of dirty panties? What can I say this is a laundry mat. At 4p on Monday it was kind of crowded. They have 5 large front load washers, 2 small front load washers, and 4 regular top load washers. They have 14 dryers. We were fortunate enough to get here when the equipment was open for use. There ended up being a line as we moved from washer to drying for the washing machines. Its a pretty small building. They have change machine that change dollars or fivers and vending machines that have sodas and dryer sheets, but no detergent. Bring your own detergent. We ended up with a bag of pods and there was a couple that didn’t bring so we gave them the rest of the bag. We’re not doing any more laundry here. Sharing is caring. Laundry facilities conveniently located for tourists and locals alike. I had checked out another place close-​by but passed after looking at the sketchy area. They have plenty of washers and dryers and you can tell they service them regularly. There’s ample parking area, not so much seating. They have change machine, atm machine and vending machine with drier sheets for sale, but they were all out. It’s $ 3.75 per washer and about $ 2.00 for drier. The driers go on 3 minute increments for a quarter. Bring your own detergent.

The ATM only gives you 20 dollar bills but the change machine accepts only 1 or 5 bills?! It’s a set up! Clean but tiny.

Closes at 10pm. Last wash at 9pm. A security lady was mean. How am I supposed to know when it says 11pm on Unilocal and at the door.

Clean and well lit laundromat right behind the Kuhio Pharmacy. They have three sizes if washers that range from $ 1.75-$ 3.75+ per load depending on options selected.
The new location at 3133 Waialae Ace across from St Louis HS has drop off service but this location is self service only. An attendant is around to maintain the cleanliness of the facility.

Great place, large washers and dryers. I use it for all my oversized items that I cannot wash at home. Long hours and kept clean.

Motto is to pack light which means gotta find a place to do laundry. Place is small — has 4 traditional top load small washers (1.75 for the load); two 1−½ front load washers (2.75 per load); four large front load washers and 1 super load front washer– 14 front load dryers. Machines takes quarters so bring change or use the pharmacy next door.

Misleading sign! Not all machines are $ 1.75! Only 4 white machines on the right of the store cost that much. Without luck I got stuck paying $ 3.75 for a small load yuck! On top of that I had to witness the manager and a weird guy arguing about how he was wringing out his wet clothes in the sink. I felt like the weird guy was going to cut the store manager. Two words Never Again :(

The only good thing about this place is that’s its cheap. It costs less than other laundry mats around. It’s $ 1.75 for the small load wash and $.25 gets 4 minutes of drying. There is not a coin machine but the pharmacy will give quarters, no problem.
My biggest complaint about this place is there is not enough small washers. Many times I will have to wait to start my wash. There are some shady people hanging around this place. Once a homeless guy actually put his dirty sweater in my wash.
As many complaints as I may have I will continue to use this facility as it is conveniently located near where I live.

It’s difficult to pack enough clothes for a 10 day vacation, so I’m always looking for a place to do a few quick loads of laundry on vacation. This is a new place which is convenient for anyone visiting Waikiki. The washers and dryers are clean and new and the place is well-​lit and open from early until late.
You have to do your own laundry — no fluff and fold service :(but otherwise very convenient and a much needed asset to the immediate area.
