IAB Hair Salon

This place is terrible, I had my eyelashes done and eye brows done and my eyelashes extention didn’t last 24 hrs. And when I called the next day saying that it had come off they couldn’t see me on that Sunday and Unilocal said they were open The manager said they where closed. So i couldnt go in until 4 days later. The promotion said $ 50 .00 for eyelashes and $ 10.00 to get eyebrows done. When I went back for my refund she didn’t give the full $ 50.00 for the eyelash extention saying that shes going to charge me $ 18.00 for the eyebrow waxing that was already done and paid for that day. They should just compensate the full amount for the eyelashes for the ones that have to take time away from work and so forth to go back and pick up the refund.

Got my hair done by Jada and loved it! I already had an ombré done to my hair but wanted to bring up the blonde into more of a balayage ombré. She was super patient and explained all the products she was using well. The salon itself is cute and cozy and I was offered snacks and drinks while I was there (which is nice since hair can take a while). Overall, it was a really good experience, the only downside I would say is finding parking in downtown. I parked in the municipal parking off of Beretania and walked to the salon. Other than that, I can see myself coming here again! Thanks Jada!

If you’re looking for a place to get waxed Amanda does an amazing job!!! For my second time ever getting a Brazilian wax, she kept me calm and gave me tips for after care. Thank you for the much needed attention.

Val is a great hair stylist! I always leave satisfied. The shop is very cute and cozy. Refreshments are offered, and they are also free. Overall great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

I was so impressed by IAB Hair Salon!
When I first walked in, all of the girls working greeted me & introduced themselves. Also, I was given a list of services offered at the salon and the current promotions being offered as well.
My appointment was with Jada. I told her I wanted my hair cut similarly to Khloé Kardashian’s lob since it’s around that length. I showed her a picture as reference & immediately we got to business. Jada washed my hair & began trimming my hair. After the initial trim was made, she dried my hair so it could be texturizing.
Some things that stood out about Jada’s performance were: she took the time to explain each hair product being used in my hair, why she was using it in my hair and why it was beneficial for my hair type. Also, I really loved the fact that Jada showed me my hair from each side view, not just the front & back. She also gave me different style suggestions so I wouldn’t get stuck in a rut with wearing my hair the same way everyday.
I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for somewhere new to go with low prices and super friendly service!
