I accompanied a long term care resident and when we arrived early was told that they are not participating provider for the insurance. I take some of the blame but they too did not ask for any insurance info when appointment made five days ago! Needed to take handicap van here and wasted two hours while I wait for our ride home. I have a suggestion to ask for insurance information when the appointment is being made. Now I need to wait another seven days to go to a «participating vendor». I will send insurance info ahead of time just to be sure they can provide service. They should require prior authorization before making appointment.

This is the only place that I am aware of, per my doctor, that you can get certain compression type garments, braces and other types of after surgery prosthetics. The prices seemed very reasonable and the staff fits you personally for each type of product you buy. I bought a back brace, and some compression stockings to wear after a procedure I had. The staff was very friendly, and especially the woman who helped me was very thorough, and showed me how to put on the stockings, and fitted me so that they were comfortable. Small shop, with friendly staff. Good job folks!
