Hawaiian Photo Booth

We booked and paid in advance. We had a no call no show for our client appreciation party. We have emailed and called repeatedly with no response. Do not use this company for your events as they are not reliable. After 2 weeks we did get a refund, however did not help that we planned for a DJ and we had a no show, no call.

I would NOT recommend Hawaiian Photo Booth for your next event. I had my graduation party with them last year and they DID NOT SHOW UP. I had contacted them over a month earlier and over time we had set up everything – a price (a great price actually, $ 200 less than their online listed price), a logo, date, place, and time. I was a little skeptical with them saying they would give me that price, but I was only thinking about the good deal. The coordinator with Hawaiian Photo Booth «Danielle» called me a few times to figure out details – one call was from a mainland number (as in it said on my phone «call from Colorado» or something, I don’t remember exactly where) and the next from a local 808 number. On the day of my graduation party I emailed Danielle asking what time the photo booth attendant would be there and did not get a reply. It was about half an hour before the party and the booth was not there yet. My mom kept calling and calling Danielle and finally she got an answer about halfway through the party. Apparently the attendant got into an «accident» while he was driving here and couldn’t make it. They gave no specifics about this accident and I saw nothing on the news. When my mom contacted Danielle again after the party demanding our money back she said that she had «quit because of this incident» and she could do absolutely nothing to help us. She gave us another contact person and we have not heard from her since. After many complications we finally got our money back. I just wanted to give a warning out to other people who might want a photo booth to liven up their party, that’s not what I got with this company.
