GEICO: Lon Recamara

15 Minutes MAY save you the 15% in car insurance, but you lose 100% of you mind when having to deal with such an insidious, insulting and heinous company. To make it worse, having to deal with claims adjuster Lon Recamara is about as painstakingly dreadful as trying to get through the DMV on your lunch break. Lon was ridiculous in his work and is lucky to tire me out with arguments that I wasn’t able to do anything more regretful. I dread having to deal with GEICO because of Lon Racamara and I can no longer stand the commercials — which I used to think were witty and creative, are now a reminder of Lon Racamara’s INCOMPETENCE. I feel I got screwed from my brand new car and I now am left with doubt in my mind as to whether I can survive another crash. I fear driving sometimes because of this bastard. Lon Racamara is insulting, an ingrate and an imbecile. If I ever have to deal with him EVER again, it would be too soon. From our very first conversations, Lon Racamara had the BALLS to state that my car would not lose it’s value after a crash… either HE thinks I am intellectually inept or he is incredibly mentally delayed. WHY I suffered the 6 weeks of deceit from him? I will never understand. WHY did it take 6 weeks to repair my car after HE said it was a minor crash? Minor = 6 weeks? WTF? He failed to total my car, smashed two weeks after I bought it… In the end this moron approved spending +$ 12,000 on repairing a $ 16,000 car… Who does this numb-​nutts think he work for? My GAP insurance? Because the GAP insurance I paid for was the only party that didn’t have to pay for anything… Lon Racamara is a TARD.

My five star idea is hire an Atty (one that specializes in dealing with Insurance companies) and enjoy having your «totaled car» replaced with a new one. Pretty simple…
