The cover for our custom, odd-​shaped equilateral cushion on our hikie’e was well worn, and we were looking for someone who could make a new cover for this very large piece. We contacted Ellen after reading such good reviews on Unilocal about Fuji Slipcovers… and are so very glad we did… she is wonderful to work with and an amazing seamstress!
She also made 2 19“cushions out of the same fabric we ordered so that we could match the hikie’e cushion to the sofa in the living room.
She is exact, asks the right questions, and gets it done in a reasonable amount of time. We recommend her highly: o)

I have been searching for a sofa cover for our L-​shaped sofa for a while and came across Fuji Slipcovers in a craigslist ad. Ms. Kaneshiro is an amazing lady. She set up for me to visit the fabric supply store where I ended up borrowing about 100 sample patches. After selecting three fabrics she consulted on which would be better and why. The cover goes over the entire sofa, velcros to the bottom, each cushion is covered & can be zipped off for washing. No more sheets thrown over the sofa, it looks amazing. Like a totally new sofa. Excellent work, very professional.
