Fontastic

Passing by on Sunday the 17^th of January 2015 and came up to the kiosk looking for a selfie stick approached the rep who just sat down on her bench, she looked at us did not say hello. We asked if they carried selfie sticks; with attitude pointed and said «it’s right there» asked if we could see it she rolled her eyes, huffed and reached over to open the glass case to grab the hanging sticks. Handed it to my friend, my friend said it’s for him, she handed it to me rudely. I did not grab it, told her never mind and that she needed to work on her service.
Main thing is her service and attitude felt as if she did not want to be working on a Sunday or any given day. She definitely should not be representing that company and clearly not living the brand of Ala Moana shopping center. Complaints were given to the management at Ala Moana since the company Fontastic did not have any contact info. Funny Fontastic is another word for «fantastic» but my experience wasn’t «fantastic».
