Love this colour! Ellen does a great job every time. I love her attention to detail. She also makes me feel more like a friend than a customer, that’s why I’ve followed her across town for 3+ years now!

I was a regular a few years ago when Ellen’s was Miracle Nails. I needed a pedi badly so I checked here only to find the ownership change BUT Han, the former owner still worked here. I made an appointment for Han and was so happy to see her. She is great with pedicures and her massages are so relaxing. Han is very meticulous and even changed my polish choice because she felt my choice wouldn’t last as long. Han is so sweet and patient. She used to do my mother’s mani-​pedi. She was and still is so caring. Anyway, everything was great with Han.
The only downer, I was going to use my credit card to pay, but their machine was down, connection or something. Wish whoever answered my phone call told me their credit card machine wasn’t operable so I would’ve been prepared or gone somewhere else. It’s a good thing the bf put a $ 50 in my back up.

I love this place. Quick service, convenient location and great massages. I normally come in here around 5pm on a Friday and they always seem to attend me fairly quickly. I’m not sure what the nail technicians name is but she’s awesome, patient and very good at what she does. She cleans, trims, buffs and most importantly makes my nails look awesome. I never feel rushed being here which I absolutely love. Try it out and see what you think. It’s not very expensive either. I think I pay about $ ³⁵⁄₃₆ for mani n pedi on the massage chair which is reasonable compared to other places on this island. Next time I will try their gel nails.

Love Ellen Nails! I used to go to Ellen when she was at another location in Kapahulu and followed her when she opened her own place. So glad I did. Everyone there is always so nice and accommodating (even when my 8 year old and friends want to get mani pedis). All of them do an excellent job and really great nail art, too. Everything is clean and prices are very reasonable. Five stars for sure!

Decided to take my mom to get her nails done on Thursday for a pre-mother’s day gift.
Parking: There’s a One-​Way entrance to their parking from King Street and also a regular entrance from Keeaumoke Street. There is a pay booth but the signs read that customers get free parking for up to 2 hours I believe. Once I entered the nail salon I confirmed that I didn’t need a ticket or anything to put in my window, that I could park where ever in the parking lot. (How do they verify if you’re a customer of the complex or not?!)
Service: It wasn’t very busy when I arrived as a walk-​in, as my mother and I only waited about 10 minutes before «Diana» called my mother for her turn. By now, my mother had ample time to select a color through their various nail color samples but Diana suggested another color for my mother’s skin tone which they agreed upon. They made chit-​chat while my mother got her nails filed, groomed and gelled which took about 45 minutes. The pricing on the wall stated $ 30 for a Gel Manicure and Diana was aware of my gift certificate but after she was done she didn’t ring me up or anything. I awkwardly approached her not knowing if there was any extra charges, but she just smiled as I handed her a $ 10 tip, so I guess the gift certificate covered everything. My mother received a simple, one color, gelled manicure and was happy which made me happy.
Atmosphere: Very clean, and open spaced. The nail technicians are dressed very professionally in white collared shirts and are very friendly.
All in all, I am glad they made my mom happy, and her nails look great!
Note: This place used to be called «Miracle Nail & Salon» but was recently changed due to new management.

Loved this place until my recent encounters I come religiously every two weeks. Lately it’s been a hit or miss every time. Came in today my gel was cracking I just got it done was willing to pay to have fixed but instead I literally got a glob of gel on top of my nail completely uneven tacky and ugly even as I told her this looks horrible can you fix it. She smiled and said bye I’m shocked at how terrible the customer service is I’m never coming back.

Formerly Miracle Nails. No wait when I went in on a sunday at around 3:30pm but by 4 it was getting busy. There were 2 technicians and a third by 4:15pm.
Great massage. They dont have a lot of samples of designs. They pulled out a nail book and you can choose. But only 1 tech can actually do it. We chose something from Pinterest for my 11yr old and she was able to replicate it. The colors seemed kinda old and could use an update.
My daughter only wanted them to paint her toes as she is squeamish and very ticklish. They did trim and wanted to file. We declined it and they seemed astonished –said it would not be even. Said only the big toe then. We said we only wanted polish not a full pedicure from the beginning. $ 18.00 for polished kid toes. Beware.

Great service! My nails stay strong and the gel last for weeks. Would highly recommend!

Found Ellen Nails from walking around my new neighborhood and was attracted by the affordable rates.
Went in today as a walk-​in and was immidiately greeted. Han worked on my pedi. As a first timer here, I was well pleased!
Han was very thorough from start to end. Had great conversation with her, very personable, and an incredible leg massage! Will definately be back and highly recommend this place!

This place is AWESOME! I’ve been seeing Ellen for 2 years & love her. She use to be in Kapahulu & finally opened her own nail salon! So, I of course followed her where she is now. Her place is Clean, nice & of course no problem for parking. Lots a parking in back. Free parking @ that! I totally recommend Ellens Nails to anyone who knows & loves nails! Congratulations Ellen on your new nail salon!!!

I went in today to do a full set and a pedicure. My technician’s name was Han. I ended up doing both with fades! I haven’t done my nails in almost 2 years and haven’t done a pedi in almost 6 months. Han really pampered me and took her time. I felt like such the princess and can’t wait to see her again! Thank you Han!
