Dylan could not have made finding a perfect condo for me any easier! Not only was he patient and thorough, he also was upfront with any challenges that arose and voiced his concerns all on my behalf.
I can say he doesn’t rest until the job is done! Any time I had questions about my future home, he was always available. Every time we would meet, he was smiling, laughing, and cheerful.
I was nervous at first about buying in Hawaii, but Dylan made the whole process fun and stress-​free!

Dylan is a rare find: a very professional, meticulous, yet personable real estate agent. I’ve dealt with a lot throughout the many states I’ve lived in and it’s hard to find one that:
a) Knows what they are doing — Unfortunately not everyone is a true professional in this field
b) Offers solid, helpful advice– Many agents rely on you to do your own research and know what you want which makes you feel like «Why did I hire you?»
c) Doesn’t push (me) for a sale or decision if I’m not ready
d) Always takes the time to explain every little thing I don’t understand about the selling process
e) Can communicate (quickly) through all platforms (text, email, phone)
f) Is personable!
g) Goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals
He took the time to listen to what my deal was and what my expectations and hopes were for selling my condo. I also had a certain time schedule in mind and he made sure to work within those parameters. He gave me great advice on what my expectations should be for selling (Since I don’t know the market I was depending on his expertise) while still respecting my goal price.
The truly stellar parts of working with him that really puts him up there as the best was that I was never left wondering what was going on — he always kept me informed, he walked me through every step and thoroughly answered every question, he was fast and effective at negotiating on my behalf, and he even took care of all the repair that needed to be done before handing the condo off (the plumber he found was so amazing I kept their info for future work). And most of all he was so friendly and easy to work with.
Bottom line is: he sold my place in record time at a record price without me having to lift a finger (except to sign papers) and I’m over the moon about it! That should speak for itself.
