My experience was nothing short of amazing!!! When I was ready to try on a few things it was the store manager, Marilee who ended up helping me and could not have been sweeter. She also recommended a pair of suede boots for one of the dresses that I am totally in love with! My new happy shoes :-)
I have always been a fan of DVF’s fantastic designs. Thanks to my customer experience at the Ala Moana location, I will continue to be.

Updated to say the situation was even worse than I suspected. I contacted management about the sales person who glared at me & blatantly ignored me. Turns out she IS the store manager. I thought for sure she was a novice who didn’t know any better. Knowing what I do now, I am shocked.
I guess she thinks if you’re not a tourist dressed in head to toe designer things, you shouldn’t be in her store. God forbid us locals wear sundresses and flip flops while running errands & shopping.
I have always & will continue to order DVF things online. I didn’t know that shop was there until recently, and I would rather not deal with the rudeness or contribute to their commission in any way. The two times I’ve been in there, it has been completely dead. (Wonder why? Ha!).
I recommend doing what I did if you want to try something on & walk out with a purchase that day — go to Tory Burch! They are much nicer there.

Great selection for their Black Friday sale at 40% off! Yes, I braved the craziness and crowds to use my coupons at NM, etc. Fortunately, as soon as I pulled into the basement lot, someone was leaving so I had a parking space immediately-​no waiting!
Located behind Christian Dior and before Neiman Marcus on the mall level, it’s easy to find and just as easy to shop there. Cat is a gem, very friendly, pleasant, not pushy, and accommodating. She follows up when she says she will and gets back to me as promised!
Nice atmosphere for shopping and great service!
