I’ve never actually been to the office before, but whenever I call these people, they answer immediately and there’s no stupid answering machine. :D They’re also very helpful and informative over the phone.

I come here a lot to acquire land from DLNR and it can be entertaining. There are a few hot items that can get people sensitive and cause drama, but that’s how it goes.
I really hate the parking. Parking is located underground and if you miss the parking entrance, you need to go around the building again. After you park, just catch the elevator to the first floor and the boardroom is located makai (ocean) side of the building.
The room can get really warm, especially when there’s a lot of people. The boardroom is small, so not much people can fit inside — which might be a good thing because the meeting can last forever if there are a lot of testimonies from the public.
