After the diagnostic run, he said it was the compressor but why did he recharge the refrigerant? That’s $ 70 more. The first visit cost me $ 130. I should have asked him the question about the refrigerant. Also, he estimated that I needed to pay additional $ 580 to get the compressor fixed. He got the compressor five days later and came spending the whole day in my garage for a two-​hour job he had estimated. It turned out the unit was faulty. However, by the end of the day he wanted me to pay him $ 580 in cash with a receipt stating the compressor was about two or three hundred dollars with additional labor charge. He claimed he would definitely return with a new compressor that would fit. I was naïve and thought that was it with $ 580 as he initially quoted. No, a few days later he came back with the new compressor and finally installed it. Before leaving, he wanted another $ 360. I said wait a minute how about the $ 50 diagnostic fee which he had said would be applied to the repair cost. He then backed down to $ 300 for the labor. I asked him what about the initial invoice he gave me? Didn’t that include the compressor and the labor all together. He said $ 580 was for the new compressor which I didn’t see the receipt and that was not communicated to me clearly. I think he ripped me off with the whole deal because I am a gullible woman (A hard expensive lesson learned!!!). In total, I spent over $ 1,100. I should have gone to a shop or the dealer. What about the electricity and the use of my garage??? If you don’t mind working with wishy washy repair person, go ahead and call this company.

Miles came at 8 am to work on the Ac compressor for my Infiniti FX35
Which is not an easy job in itself
And did not finish until 5pm
The job was only supposed to take 3 hours
Due to unforeseen issues with my car (not anything he did)
It took all day
And he only charged me the original quote …
This man has what most people take for granted these days and that’s integrity !!! I will recommend this company and this man to anyone I know
