City Square Shopping Center

Came here to host a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. Found parking great. As host, you don’t expect to leave after 3 hours with kids running wild. So after 4 hours we leave to find a paper rolled up on the windshield. Ok, great. So here I am looking for the fines for violation posted somewhere… none. Looking for the attendant to complain to and pay… none. Only get one sign saying about 3 hours. Don’t even know if this is a legit looking paper since the person had to write in violation and I couldn’t read it. What does this shopping center want a patron that spent bucks at Chucks to do? Pull out and hope to find another stall??! And to top it off, of all the party patrons, only my car had a ticket. What the person only patrols a small area of the parking lot? The management company should pay my $ 20.

City Square Shopping Center is a busy and smaller mall. There are about a dozen or two restaurants and businesses in a couple of buildings. It is very popular and a little hard to find parking at times. A bunch of the parking stalls are reserved for the DMV to use for road testing.
Besides this, there are a number of restaurants, a pet shop, nail salon, Satellite City Hall, and more here. My favorite restaurant in this complex is Phở Ha Long.
One thing to note is to make sure that you park in the lines in stalls here. I got creative when there was no parking stalls open and made my own stall and got into trouble one time.
City Square Shopping Center is a nice place to stop by for food, drink, and to get your government paperwork done.

Parking limit 3 hours get really, if we’re in Chuck E Cheese having a party who stays only 3 hours and we had Boba Tea from another business. We were there 4 hours and got a parking ticket.

SHOPS/​BUSINESSES: Hey, not bad! Packed during lunch time with happy patrons eating their Hawaiian or Thai or Japanese or Vietnamese or Bubble Tea or Pancakes or pizza at Chuck-​E-​Cheese!
Parking: if you’ve read my other reviews… same thing… packed, but with patience… you’ll find one. And it’s a pretty large lot too! So… business must be good for the owners — yay!
Lots of places to try :))) We’ll be back for sure!

I give this place 4 stars just because of all the various places you can eat here. My personal faves being Sugois, Youngs Fish Market & Chicken & Waffles. I also on occasion visit the pet store here & of course the main reason people stop by here is the fact that there is a DMV & Satellite City Hall located here. They are the main reason why parking is limited here.

They did a renovation, new tables and arrangements makes the restaurant look bigger and brighter. Friends ate the eggplant miso chicken which they said was Ono. Enjoyed the soki soba. Very tasty and good size. Our waitress was funny and very helpful. Good service
