Last night I finally had a chance to attend a couponing class. Held here at the Campbell Square Building, by the Ewa Beach CBDO. I was super excited because I see all of my friends with their stockpile and posting of the amazing amount of money they save by couponing. I wanna save too!
I was prepared to be overwhelmed with information and ready to be a little confused. Let me say, the instructor was phenomenal! Maria Olipas, did a terrific job of explaining step by step, she was clear, concise and stressed the importance of coupon etiquette and just being mindful of everyone and above all, just getting what you need… until the sale cycle in 3 – 4 months (YES! Coupon terminology).
Working for a computer engineering company, I was thoroughly impressed with her slide show presentation, AWESOME visuals and explanations were on point! I was very surprised more fellow Unilocalers weren’t there. I would recommend Maria’s class to anyone interested in learning how to coupon. Again, very easy to understand and grasp. I absolutely admire her push about being mindful of others, taking what you need and leaving for others to enjoy the savings.
Great class, great instructor with morals and a sense of humor that makes you feel right at home. Also, shout out to Christian from Ewa Beach CBDO, wonderful woman, makes you laugh and is so very helpful with all the other opportunities that Ewa Beach CBDO has to offer. If you see another coupon event from Maria (on Unilocal: Mary O.)…all I can say is go, you’ll love it and learn a heck of a lot of valuable info!
