Café fusion is the best!!! The café is inside New Hope Church and they have the most creative menu with all different types of food. I’ve only had lunch there but their food is CRAZYGOOD and SOOOOCHEAP. Their acai bowl is only $ 5 and their spicy pork taco place is only $ 6 and comes w French fries. I thought that it was only going to be one taco(since most places are $ 5-$ 6 for taco a la carte) so I was super shocked when my plate came out. My Aunty got a plate with multi grain rice with furikake, chicken, kalbi, shrimp tempura and spam WITH a side of salad(super good salad) for only $ 8!!! Café Fusion deserves so much more attention than it does. CHECKTHISPLACEOUTFORGOODEATS! This is definitely going to be my go-to spot :)

Very poor value. The people that work here are nice and pleasant but I couldn’t let these dinky little omelettes with a small portion of rice go unchecked. Considering the location I thought the value would be better. The coffee was good but it’s frustrating to leave a place hungry after eating two omelettes. They were like tic tacs.

Fantastic food, amazing coffee and the people are the best. I love dining at Café Fusion. Highest quality for reasonable price. Best kept secret around.

Café Fusion is such a hidden gem. It’s located inside of New Hope’s building on Sand Island– and it’s so worth the drive! They serve both breakfast and lunch but be sure to come before 10:30 if you want to catch breakfast. I LOVE the mochi waffles here! They have the perfect amount of golden brown crisp on the outside and delicious chewy mochi batter on the inside. You can either get them with fruits or bacon on the top and an acai bowl on the side. I only recently saw they serve mochi waffle EGGSBENEDICT! I’m definitely trying that the next time I come(I love their eggs Benedict and mochi waffles– so put it together and it must be amazing). I’m also a huge fan of the French toast, mostly because it’s filled with a light cream and fruits. I could go on and on about breakfast! Even though I’m a breakfast fanatic, the lunch here is also to die for. I’ve been on a mission to find all the spicy ahi bowls on the island– and this one is amazing! It comes with black rice(which I love) and it’s a pretty big portion. Another favorite is the bibimbap. The sauces are so tasty and the meat is cooked perfectly. There was also a surprise of a little spicy ahi in there which was SOGOOD! My next lunch order will be the spicy pork tacos. I saw someone eat it on the next table over and they said it was delicious. Basically anything you eat here tastes amazing and the presentation is perfection. You’ll feel like you’re eating at a high class restaurant with the plating and quality of food– but without the high prices. Everything is priced really well for the portions, which will make you want to come back even sooner!
