Beltone Hearing Aid Center

In a nutshell, I would say Beltone Hearing Aid Center is very professional, caring and eager to help! And the price was right!!! My mom can hear again and I’m a very happy daughter indeed! :)
My mom is visiting from mainland all summer and appeared to misplace the dome tip on her hearing aid. After researching and speaking to several different centers over the course of 2 days we finally got it resolved, thanks to Beltone Hearing Aid Center. Her specialist in AZ (who was extremely helpful too) confirmed there aren’t any suppliers on Oahu that carry her model and had 2 solutions… overnight one which would have still taken 3 days and was very costly or locate a local specialist here and see if they have a replacement. The 2^nd option was fastest/​cheapest by far. So, after calling the other specialists listed on Unilocal and Costco, only the Beltone Hearing Aid Center was willing to help. They were friendly and most helpful from my initial call on. Costco wouldn’t even see us and others wanted to $ 45+ office visit fee just to see if they could even help! At Beltone Hearing Aid Center we got right in and not only did the specialist end up having a close match, but he found the old dome gently lodged in her ear canal! He was easily able to extract it and send us on our way in less than 15 minutes of our apt! We sure learned a lot and so grateful we found Beltone Hearing Aid Center!

I got my second set of hearing aids, this time from Beltone in Aiea. Carrie Cooper is a great person to work with, hands down. She takes as much time as needed to make sure everything is right every time I have an appointment. Can’t say enough good about them.

Well was in here to get a family member a hearing aid. Can you hear me now??? Glenn and staff took the time to test, fit and even let us try a demo model before deciding. Been to another place that didn’t even demo or show a working model.
It’s like purchasing a car you can’t tell how it feels or drives before taking it for a spin. Would recommend these folks as they make their customers feel like family.
