Took my car here to repair/​replace my bumper color didn’t really match but then the car is 1 years old. But when I got the car back there were scratches on the car that weren’t there before. Taking the car back today to have them fix it. Other than that the car took 2 days they made arrangements with my insurance & had Enterprise pick me up.

I called them, they told me they could get the part within 24 hours. I was there the next morning, it took less than an hour to install and less than they said it would cost. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Julie T.

Its a small place but the service was speedy and amazing. The receptionsist was knowledgable and answer all my questions with confidence. I will return for service if need.

I would give 4 stars because this place is expensive. This place probably is the most expensive place that I know of. But I won’t even bother looking for another place. I learned the hard way. This place is a good example of «you get what you pay for». Even though I would give 4 stars because of their price, I’m giving 5 stars because of their quality work.
I got into an accident over 10 years ago. I got it fixed here because my insurance company referred me to this place. I was surprised by how high the quote was. But I went ahead because I didn’t have to pay anything out of the pocket. The car came back as good as brand new.
I got a damage to the door. I got it fixed at another shop because it was cheaper and I had to pay out of the pocket. I was upset when I got the car back because I could tell where the repair was made. I learned that not every shop can repair thing to be as good as brand new.
My friend got his car repaired at another shop. I could tell where the repair was made. So, I started to be impressed about Auto Tech.
Recently, I got a damage to the rear bumper. At this point, I didn’t want to risk. I wanted them to repair it. Of course, the car came back as good as brand new. I couldn’t tell where the repair was made no matter how hard I looked at it.
The staff are very professional, efficient, and friendly too.

They did repair the damage to the bumper but then painted over the other dents. Who does that? They could at least offered to let me pay for the repair to the other minor dents. It’s the equivalent of painting a road line around a dead squirrel. Minimum effort and minimum result, disappointing.

I was recently hit by another car on the way to work. I’ve taken my car to Auto Tech before and was very pleased with the work they did on my car so I decided to take my car back. Taylor was very helpful in answering my insurance related questions.
Although it took three weeks for my car to be repaired, Auto Tech kept their word in completing the repair by the promised date so I wouldn’t have to extend my car rental. When I picked up my car I was very impressed with the time Auto Tech took to detail my car’s exterior. The completed job made my car look as good as when it did before the accident! Thank you for the wonderful job Auto Tech! :)

I was referred to Auto Tech from my insurance company after my car’s bumper was damaged from a hit and run.
May and Taylor at the front desk were pleasant, very efficient, and conveyed a professional demeanor. Similar to a doctor’s office which also was air conditioned and had magazines while you wait. The BIG difference between a doctor’s office and Auto Tech was that the wait wasn’t long!
Taylor even called the rent a car company to pick me up while I was waiting!
After dropping off my car, the repairs were done in only in 3 days! I looked at where the damage was and it looked like it NEVER HAPPENED! I was astounded!
*BONUS* They even did my expired Safety Check with a new sticker on the bumper!
*DOUBLE BONUS* I got my car Washed and Shined!

I was referred to Autotech after my car was hit by a C&C truck. These guys are amazing! They were so understanding and helpful. It’s not easy to find a good auto mechanic shop with awesome service and good honest people, but place is definitely one of the good ones! During a time of desperation of not having your car for a week or so because of repairs. They were so awesome with helping to get a rental and very understanding of not having your regular transportation they even helped me get a comparable vehicle for rental and did all the legwork to make that happen. I’m very thankful for their great service. :)

I took my car there on a recommendation of my friend. I was very pleased with their service. Their front desk was quick, polite and knowledgable. I got my car back in the estimated amount of time. As Terry K. mentioned in her review– I too found that my car came back to me cleaner than I left it.
Around a month after the repair I brought my car back to ask about a weird noise I was hearing. They sent a Tech out riding with me for around 15 – 20 minutes so they could diagnose the problem. Of course my car didn’t make the sound until I was parked back in their lot, but the fact that he came on a ride with me attests to the degree of pride they take in their work. I know a lot of businesses would have brushed my concern off — but they didn’t. The noise wasn’t related to their work, but if it had been, I’m sure they would have fixed it.
The absolute best part about them was that I didn’t feel like I was in a high pressure sales situation. I got two other estimates before I went to Auto Tech. The estimator at the first place was really slick and a fast talker. I felt like he was trying to sell me a car. The second estimate was higher than the first even with a discount. After the first two estimates — a few months and a rear ending elapsed before I found Auto Tech. I’m very happy I found them and have even sent my mother to them.

good, quality work but expensive. definitely not going to be the cheapest fix for your car or truck, like when insurance tells you to get 2 or 3 estimates. probably won’t even be in the top 5. but if you want quality, you gotta pay for it (most of the time anyway).

Those who have read my reviews will know that my car does not like to leave it’s 5 mile radius parameter; such that my car struggles getting up to the Westbound H-​1 Airport Viaduct or Eastbound past the King street off ramp… That said and in my car’s journey, it had a little ouchie.
What to do? Call my insurance who gives me a lsit of places I can go to get my ouchie fixed… Auto Tech was not on it’s list. Why? Because Auto Tech believes they need to repair the ouchies to their best ability, rather than to rely on the insurance company protocal and policy.
Yep! they are not cheap. I nearly had a heart attack when they told me what the repair will cost. My insurance carrier reminds me they will cover everything regardless if the cost was over and above the insurance underwriter’s estimate.
Here’s the upshot! They have loaners. And that turned out to be a blessing since silly me did not have rental coverage on my policy (but that’s another story). So, while my ouchie is at the car hospital known as Auto Tech, I have a loaner…
End of story? My little car came back to me fit as a fiddle! Cleaner than I normally keep it (embarrassed to admit) and! No more Ouchie
Oh, they have an airconditioned waiting room!
And I’ve learned they’ve been around for 30 years!

I took my almost brand new truck here to get a scrape repainted.
They do an awesome job. Kind of expensive but well worth it if you want it done right.
Plus they washed my truck afterwards.
