We were nicely greeted at the store last night and informed about the ongoing sales! That’s always good and informative to hear. We took a browse but didn’t see anythjng to buy this time, but it’s always nice to come shop or even take a look around here. The store is nicely laid out, just a few shirt sections were a mess :(so presentation knocks off a star in my review.

I like this store they have a lot of nice clothes, Today we were shopping for a dress. For the Puff daddy party. Yes all white. We went to the Ala moana story and found the perfect dress. But they didn’t have the size, So we drove to Wikiki and picked up the dress here. Nice cut, great design, reasonable price. Friendly staff. good service.

Vacationed in Hawaii for 6 days, shopped here for 3 days. I ended up spending around $ 100-​$ 200 on their merchandise here, and I don’t regret it at all because the clothes are very up to par. Some people would not spend $ 40 on a v-​neck, but the quality and the feel of it is amazing, so I bought 2.
The sales associate I met all 3 days is super cute too. Plus, he’s the only other person I’ve ever met who listens to a certain Canadian underground artist. I was very surprised he could sing her songs too. So, a +1 for cuteness factor!
I never got his name, but he managed to ring me up twice, and was really nice.
Another sales associate was also very sweet too. She picked out all these dresses for me, and it’s like she knew my style, even though I was wearing a t-​shirt and shorts: D

Although I hardly shop at Armani, this upgraded location is a lot more impressive and larger than the Ala Moana store, and a thousand times better than the old location that used to be across the street. When I went in today, one of the associates was very friendly and helpful while the others didn’t greet me or smile. The store itself is 2 stories, has a dim/​darker interior, is very clean, and carries men’s and women’s items on both floors. I’m not sure how to rate chain retail stores unless I had a super-​good or super-​bad experience with the customer service, but since I had neither I’ll just say it’s a nice, spacious store that’s usually too expensive for me.
