If Unilocal had a 6 star button, I would still want a seven star to rate this company. You need IT support, these guys are the best!!! They saved me and my business. I used to have one of my employees doing my IT. He was decent, but it made our relationship difficult because he spent way too much time doing IT and not nearly enough time doing his real job. When he left the company, I thought I would be screwed. These guys saved my life! They completely overhauled my system, and it now runs smoother than ever before. When there is the occasional problem, these guy are there by remote or in person on the double. I send an email, and I get a phone call from them in minutes (I’m not joking… minutes…sometimes less than a minute). Combine this company with Trinet (my internet provider), and you have got yourself the ultimate team. They are lifesavers. They are also affordable. I thought getting this level of IT support would cost us an arm and a leg. THESE GUYS RULE!!! They also have connections to web designers, mobile app designers, and whatever else you can think of. Seriously… don’t let your business be beholden to someone who might leave you. Get an IT support team that kicks serious ass.
