Another small ASB branch. Again not much to differentiate this from another. I have been in here a few times without problem.
The last was because I was locked out from using my ATM card cause I brain fartted & inputted my PIN # incorrectly 3x in a row. I went in & the gentlemen made a got some info, made a phone call & said I was good to go. He asked me to double check on the outside ATM which I did & it worked. He did this without making me feel any more ashamed because of my stupidity. I really appreciated that & how quick & smooth it went.
Speaking of ATMs, they used to have 1 on the other side near Longs but have since taken it out. I missed that one as usually there is much more parking on that side.

It would be helpful if they could put a notice on their website when the close an office «temporarily» so I don’t have to go to the Manoa branch and find out from a sign on the door.

K, short review. Basically went down to this location to cash a check that I received because I didn’t want to risk having a hold placed on it if I tried to deposit it directly into my bank account with a different bank. The bank teller that helped me was very helpful, no attitude from him. I was able to cash it with no problems. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. If I wasn’t already very happy with the location that I bank at I would seriously consider switching.
