Location is excellent. Hours of operation are not very convenient for those of us with «normal» working hours. Customer service can be a super hit or a complete and total miss. Once I stopped in to purchase stones only to find the very small ones in stock. The cashier made a phone call and I was told that the owner would drop larger ones off the next day for me to pick up. Awesome! However, the last few times I’ve stopped in, a different cashier will only acknowledge customers when you are paying for items and even then it’s with minimal interaction. Very minimal. During my last visit which I planned around my agenda for the day because of the limited business hours… I couldn’t even get into the building! I called the phone number that is listed here on Unilocal,left a message on their voicemail stating that the door was locked and asked if someone would please call me back or just run over and open the door so I could come in and spend money? I then went back down to my car and waited. And waited. And waited…
Someone finally returned my phone call over half an hour later. Too bad, so sad… I was tired of waiting.
Moral of the story? Call ahead and double check if they are open and functioning properly before planning a visit or simply anticipate my supply needs better then order products from other online vendors.

I love this place– good products– good price. Christine the owner is such a real & wonderful person. She’s down to earth and real helpful. I found her & her staff so helpful … I’m a loyal customer for life!

So glad I found this location… very convenient with ample parking. Very friendly and helpful sales person. Large selection of massage products… and they will even make special orders if they don‘t have an item in stock or if you wanted a better brand product. Met the owner Christine and she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Was given free samples to try and was asked to give feedback for future purchasing of sample products. Will recommend to all my fellow massage classmates.

I’m genuinely sadden that I cannot give this place raving reviews. I LOVE massage and everything that has to do with it which includes shopping for and spending good money on whatever it is that I feel will be of top quality and the best for my clients.
My first experience at this place was nice. I appreciated the service which I’d received though I wasn’t on Unilocal at the time so I had not written a review.
Today however; without going into detail what I can say is this. As much as I prefer to support local business; it is a sad day when I experience customer service and genuine lack of care as I did *from start to finish*. This is in regards to the employee and the owner of the company whom I had a phone discussion with (because I had questions and concerns which only she could answer).
I don’t feel comfortable explaining the play by play because really, I need this place right now and because no, I don’t feel like paying 50. in shipping and handling on the items which I require to perform my job.
I love massage, I love my clients and my awareness that the owner of this company is a massage therapist is a bit unsettling… was boggles my mind is that as a service provider both in product and relaxation /​relief there appears to be a lack of concern for a persons business. (Mind you, I don’t go in there and only spend 50. if you know what I mean), What the?!
I wish so much that Hawaii small business owners; esp those with the monopoly would understand the value if its’ clientele and treat them as such. I have actually been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and would never, ever allow a customer or client to walk away feeling as though I do not value every aspect of their business (unless of course there were extremely extenuating circumstances).
Hawaii is small, the massage community is small I look forward to a nice massage supply place which appreciates its’ customers.
