What’s not to love about any ABC Store? The prices aren’t bad, they’re conveniently located EVERYWHERE in Waikiki, and they sell pretty much everything under the sun, from grass skirts to Spam musubis. Service is always fast and friendly.

Loved this store when I lived here and love it when I visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly. If you’re ready to pay, they’re waiting for you. The store is always clean and well-​stocked.
XL Bottled water for $ 1.00, cheapie yet filling spam musubi for sightseeing road trips, liquor for the room, snacks, local flavor yogurts like papaya and haupia, local coffee flavors like vanilla mac nuts, essential souvenirs and the cutest collection of Hello Kitty stuff (outside Sanrio). Love the brown Hello Kitty post it pads! Only in Hawaii! Everything is priced a bit more because it’s Waikiki.
Open early and closes late. Just watch your surroundings cause it’s Waikiki.
Don’t forget to save your receipts. When you reach $ 100 you can get a free calendar or gift. It IS very easy to spend at least $ 100 at the ABC stores.

The cliché that there is one on every block is actually true in Waikiki. In fact they may have 2 ABC stores on every block. This one is located next to the Hyatt across the street from the Kings Court. I didn’t think it was an ABC since they have a large display of liquor in their window. But alas, walk in and you know you’re in an ABC. All you sundries needs and souvenir can be found in this and every ABC store.

The ABC store is essentially your one stop for practically everything you need on the island.
Think of a nicer version of a NYC bodega.

They sell everything from liquor, wine, snacks, juices, toiletries, health & beauty, eye care, souvenirs, etc.
Some of my favorite features of this store is that they open early and close late
6:30am-12am is there normal store hours.

The liquor selection is pretty good although the selection can vary depending on the size of the ABC store.
They also sell souvenir mini bottles that hang like meshed drapes that hold the mini bottles as decors.
They do not sell the mesh netting which sucks.
I would have liked to customized the bottles that hang.

Kai Lychee Liquor — $ 4.99
Ocean Vodka (only available in Hawaii but can be shipped to other states) — made from sea salt water — $ 3.99
Kinky Pink and Kinky Blue — a stronger version of cordials
They seem to have specials all year round so I’d stop by here instead of a traditioal liquor store.
Especially if they are out of the way.

obviously, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to rate and Unilocal about every single ABC stores and i’m certain that some have better selection and service than others.
but here’s one thing i want to say… I WANT. just a few ABC STORES IN SAN FRANCISCO!!!
yes, we have 7 – 11 and wallgreens that sell food items, but none of these places have MUSUBI and other japanese/​hawaiian food!!!

They have everything! Snacks, drinks, souvenirs, all your survival needs and more!

This location sells t shirts for cheap. They are situated next to other stores yet seem competitive on all items.
