Sad to say that i read the one and only review about abc and went them as it was a positive one.
Called at 9:01am to schedule an appointment to have my freezer fixed. They said no problem and that they would have a tech out to me.
I called them at 12:41pm to get an eta on the tech and Nelly told me that they don’t give out eta’s and that they would give me a call when he was on his way. Not a problem.
By 4:05p, still no tech so I called once more. A guy answers this time and sounded surprised that the tech hadn’t arrived yet. He calls him to see what was going but the tech didn’t answer.
In the end, I waited close to 8 HOURS for no work to be done on my freezer. Apparently the guy arrived after 5pm without notifying me that he was on his way.
Get your s$/t together guys.

I never want to have to call them because it means something is broken. However, it’s such a relief to know that I can call them when I need. They’ve fixed the hinge on my fridge door and my ice maker. Each time I’ve called, I’ve been able to:
make an appointment right away
they show up on time
they fix it under an hour
they are very friendly and professional
the price is a great value
I would never hesitate to call them again. And I found out they can do air conditioners too! They are my go to people now.
