Went in there with some money to spend on a new propane fireplace insert. Walked around for 10 minutes, nobody looked at us or talked to us… so i left and spent the $ 1700 i had to spend somewhere else. To be honest… i think if they read this, they wouldn’t even care.

I’ve been to Woody’s Fireplace shop twice and each time I’ve been met with sullen faces. For whatever reason, these people don’t know how to smile. When you ask a question they give you a very reluctant answer. I’ve bought a few items from them and each time was charged the list price. Maybe their knowing this contributes to
their group frowns. Too bad.
