I am a tech guy and have sold or bought half a dozen properties in my life and pretty much think realtors do very little «real work» and could be pretty much eliminated with the technology. Tim Meagher completely changed my opinion.
There is no way our recent purchase would have happened if Tim hadn’t been highly involved in many of the details as it turned out to be a pretty complex negotiation, and closing. Tim helped us with finding a better mortgage company, good legal counsel and insurance at half the cost we had! Most of all Tim made some promises the sellers didn’t keep and he personally made them happen at out of his own pocket! In addition he has (and is continuing) to support us after the sale as he has continued to answer questions, and connect us with quality service providers.
We don’t ever plan to sell but if we were Tim is the first person we would go to
