ordered a pair of boots online, but–
never received a confirmation email for the order
never received a confirmation that order is being processed
never received a confirmation that order was shipped
i had to call 4 times to finally get a person on the other end. the calls went straight to their voicemail. finally when i spoke to jessica, she said she would email a receipt right away. she said the shoe will ship by the end of the week. she never sent an email. the shoe was shipped about a week later and i didn’t get it until another week after that. to this day, i never received any email. their website keeps stating that they are customer service oriented/​focused– not true.
i was leary about ordering from this site anyways and was fearful that the shoes were not authentic. this whole experience was bad. this is the first and last time i will order from this site–
