Wendy’s

I normally don’t do reviews for fast food restaurants because everyone should know what to expect good or bad. I made a exception because their Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad is one of the best salads I’ve had anywhere. If you’re watching your weight this is a good salad to have.
They make them to order which makes a big difference compared to ones that were made in the morning and sitting in a cooler all day. Iceberg lettuce, fresh cut strawberries, blue cheese crumbles, sunflower seeds, real bacon crumbled and a real chicken breast chopped up to order. They serve it with a apple balsamic dressing on the side, and from the ingredients listed, it’s one of the better dressings out there health wise.
It’s a really tasty and filling salad and all for around 550 calories total with dressing. You can even lower the calories more by only using one of the dressings and cutting out the blue cheese if you want. That’s what’s nice about getting a salad made to order.
Only thing at this restaurant that was weird was they had a lady at the counter dressed up in a Wendy’s costume with the blue checkered dress and red pony tail wig taking orders. I know it’s a promotional thing but it just seemed really unnecessary lol.

The cashier was friendly, but when my kids waited in line to see if they could exchange their unopened toys for one of the others, the manager came over and was rude to them. NOT a kid-​friendly location.
