Locally owned and operated! If you’re looking for a fun workout, with fun music and encouragement throughout you need to sign up for a class here. Your first class is free, so really there’s nothing to lose! The studio includes spin bikes and a separate area for TRX workouts (those black & yellow straps that provide a body weight workout). There are a few classes that do combine both so if you don’t want to spin for 45 minutes, then this could be a good choice for you. 20 or so minutes on the bike and then onto a TRX workout and then back on the bike for a cool down. Classes range from 45 – 60 minutes and there are plenty of times to choose from. The studio does not provide spin shoes (they’re not necessary, you can spin in regular sneaks), but it does provide towels.
The studio is super clean, the app makes its easy to sign up for a bike, and the instructors set-​up your bike for you. Just show up ready to ride and have fun!

I went to Sweat & Gears while in town to visit my boyfriend, and it was awesome! The bikes are really high quality – not the ones that rattle around on you at some gyms. The power scores and high-​tech information you get throughout the workout really help you keep track of your progress and push yourself. And the instructors were really helpful, immediately recognizing me as a visitor to the gym, helping me choose settings on the bike, and saving them for my next visit. Highly recommend trying it out!
