Pride Cleaners

I love this place. Been using this place for 2 years ever since I moved to the area. The staff are great and easy going. The tailor is awesome. I’ve had 2 pairs of pants tailored and they always turn out great. If there is a mistake, they fix it. No place is perfect so it’s great that they try hard to fix any mistake.

They really need to get out of the 1960’s. The do not offer same day or even next morning. I predict they will be gone within two years unless they realize it is the 21^st Century!

Went here to have two sun dresses and twin set cleaned. Thought each item would be 2.79 each… did not pay attention until today that I paid upward of $ 5 for each dress and the clerk failed to mention the price switch and bate. I wanted to have the final decision on If I wanted to pay that much. That is all I am saying.

I’ve been going here for about 8 years and it used to be fantastic. Great service and high quality. It’s never been inexpensive but they differentiated themselves with other things. They used to be open on Sunday and have a drop box for clothes after hours. These were unique for those working. They’ve eliminated both at the Dixie store and just say to go to Governors store. That store has awful clerks and is on other side of town. No way. There are about 5 cleaners just down the street on Dixie so why go way out of way?
Quality is still fine and Jamie (owner) is nice and explains over and over why changes were made but that doesn’t help me.
And for some reason they think it’s ok to take up two parking spaces in the very small parking lot with their dumb truck… Really? There’s a huge lot next door to park in and no place ever let’s employees take prime spots in front of businesses, let alone two spots! There are times I have to leave wo/​stopping because there’s no open spot but their truck is happily clogging up the lot.
I am going to look elsewhere. Unfortunate.
