Best service I have ever seen from this particular business.
This location definitely has better bread, service, produce, and free smells than the Dyer Indiana location. Very polite and they really care about the quality of the food they serve. The man who slices the meat, every time I go in there, is very friendly and always says hello to me and asks how I am doing. He is one of the main reasons I come to this location so often, because I know my food is being slices with good hands.

I went to this Jimmy Johns and the center of the roast beef was bloody. Not just red, but so bloody that the bread was also bloody. They said all their roast beef was like that and after eating the bit of it I did and taking a nap I have woken up with an upset stomach and feel immensely ill. They say it’s fresh, more like freshly butchered.

Definitely good staff at this location. Especially for suburb standards. I’ve been to several JJ in the city and they either take ages or screw up the order. Never had a problem here.

The staff is a really big draw. They remember my order every time and I love it. They’re very friendly as well. A big reason Jimmy johns does more business around here is because they deliver! The other sandwich shops don’t. As for the food… the chips and cookies are good but they’re pre packaged. The sandwiches are very good and the bread is fresh every time! The only meat I don’t like there is the ham because it has a thicker crust, or skim not sure how to describe it. As far as quick serve sandwiches go, this is one of my favs!
