Best Buy

Absolutely worse experience ever walked around for about a hr looking for help no one ever approached me finally saw a manager David Williams asked if he could help me or find someone who could he said ok and disappeared completely and still didn’t send anyone to help and the store was completely empty I don’t know if it was the way I was dressed or if he was drunk there was a faint scent of alcohol coming from the so called manager long story short I went to orland received excellent service and made my purchase I wouldn’t recommend homewood location to my worst enemy I hope this review will help the corporate management team better there inept management and sales team. I will never go back here and will advise every one I know against going here.

This is not the largest Best Buy store but it provides the best service. Top-​notch and I will continue to frequent this store.

Cable cable cable… no I don’t need cable just a TV please. All three salesmen immediately asked me what cable service I was using and if I’d like to switch. Guys… me = TV. Spotted a 42″ RCA Plasma TV for @295 and was set… one of the cable sales guys came up to me and I asked if they had a working model on display (the units were boxed on the floor) he then pointed to the boxed set, «right here.» I immediately fell into silence and thought this guy was a dork… didn’t spent much time with him and went to look for another salesperson. Anyways everyone else on the floor was cool but they seriously lacked any kind of training. Do your research online before giving this Best Buy a try.
After 20min I walked out with my new 42″ Plasma for the basement :)
⁸⁄₂₀₁₂: Picked up some portable external drives and the sales person in computers was informative and very helpful. I guess its hit or miss.

Not a bad best buy… Nor the greatest… However they get extra points because the top store manager was actually on the floor and tried his best to find what I needed
