This is by far the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. I don’t get it. From the time they opened until now they don’t seem to have improved. I feel bad for any Baptist employee trying to go here during their lunch break.

i have been back a couple of times since my last visit and have to agree with some of the other reviews… place looks great, staff is clueless. i dont get it. wendy’s corp needs to do some secret shopper stops on this place. you have a brand new nice looking place but the staff is still DERP!
my orders have been screwed up since my last visit. one time i was handed a sandwich that was so sloppily put together, it made other customers cringe when i brought it up to the counter and showed it to the cashier. wendys can trump BK with their new stores and new offerings but not with staff that doesn’t care.

Unfortunately, I have to give them one star. This franchise proved to me that some of the worst customer service resides in Homestead. Not only was my order repeated back to me incorrectly, when I got to the window and asked for my order to get confirmed, it was wrong again. Then the manager gets involved and the order is still incorrect. I drove away without even correcting them. Oh well, I guess my spicy chicken Caesar salad with extra chicken and large bowl of chili will have to wait.

Don’t you just love getting old cold fries… they are the best. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry, it was hard to get through. Definitely won’t try this Wendy again

Actually sat down to eat here I must say the place looks very asceticly pleasing. But again staff is clueless and doesn’t understand English very well what got me was the store manager was there and once he decided to test the front counters «skills» they quickly switched to someone who spoke perfect English. Not saying the staff has to be fluent but man doesn’t take much to learn cheese burger and ranch dressing. Lol also found stems still on my baby tomatoes prep work needs work!

Excellent service, good quality, employee attitude. One of the employees actually changed my baked potatoes without me asking because she didn’t like the way it looked. The salads were perfection. Across the board Wendy’s I am impressed.
