Terrible service! My LG Fridge was dripping so I called their customer service and they told me taveras appliance is an affiliate. We called them and they sent someone out a couple days later. He told us he turned the water off and that the issue was valve he didn’t have in stock and the part had to be ordered. We paid extra for express delivery and we were told 3 days. When on the third day we called to check on the part, we were told it was going to be at least another week. By this point the fridge was gushing water daily leaking into the hallway of the condo and ruining our floors. Which we didn’t understand because supposedly the tech had turned the water off. Calling daily and asking to speak with a supervisor was futile as a supervisor never got on the phone or called back. They eventually said they would refund the money after we ended up having to hire a different company to come out and fix the fridge. They did not refund our money and I had to go through the chargeback process with my card. Do not use these people. They are nothing but a bunch of liars!!!

I called TAS for a washer repair for my rental property. The tech diagnosed the washer and quoted repair cost and replacement parts cost of $ 212 total. He also said it would take 3 days to fix. Base on this information, I agreed to repair the washer instead of just buying a new one. I received a call 3 days later that the part was on back order and it will take a week to come in. One week turned into three weeks and the washer is still not fixed. After three weeks, the part finally came in and tech came in to fix but now the washer needed more parts which will cost more money but most important take more time. This was not what I agreed. I agreed to 3 days to fix not over 3 weeks and $ 212 to fix not any more. I requested a refund because this was not working. I been getting the runaround and no refund. I advised TSA that I would be filing a charge back on the credit card used to have my money refunded. In addition, I will let others know my experience via online reviews. I will also be filing a BBB claim and DPBR claim to help prevent this to happen to others.
