I just moved to this area and after searching and reading some reviews I decided to try this place. Lo-mein: tasted pretty good but its 95% only noodles, needs more vegetables and proteins(no chicken please), the fried rice socks 70% of the proteins is chicken. Egg-rolls are pretty good. Wonton soup is average, so in few words I tried a lot better places than this one. sorry Shanghai & Tokyo

This is a small place with little space/atmosphere for dining in, but if you’re looking for great take-out I highly recommend it! Everything we’ve had from here is good, and plenty of it.

I tried out this place because I wanted something other than China Yan. I got the General Tso’s combination platter with 2 shrimp egg rolls. The food was very good. Compared to China Yan, the General Tso here are much larger uniform pieces and they are softer. In China Yan they are mostly tiny hard pieces which I dislike and stopped ordering. I do wish the dish was a bit spicier though but it was still very tasty. The egg rolls were surprisingly very good. Usually in Chinese takeout the egg rolls are kind of just there… being kind of hard and stale, but these were crispy, soft and fresh and full of shrimp. In China Yan when you order shrimp egg rolls you literally only get like 1 tiny shrimp in them. The pork fried rice was very good too, and I’m usually not a big fan of rice(I find rice to be kind of boring), but I got seconds and thirds of it. I also like how they included fortune cookies with the meal. China Yan stopped giving out fortune cookies years ago, they make you buy them. This location is a little more on the pricey side than other places I’ve been to. Compared to China Yan, everything here is .25-.50 more. But since the food tastes much fresher and is generally overall better I’d say it’s worth it. I really recommend this place!

We were in the area and hungry for Chinese food. At 4 out of 5 stars why not give it a try. The Orange Chicken was FANTASTIC! The Mongolian Beef was VERYGOOD but a little bit too salty for my liking. I was not a big fan of the pan fried dumplings as the wonton was too thick and the dipping sauce too bland. All in all I would return because what they did do well was enough to come back for. What was not to my liking is easily avoidable.

Placed my order over the phone and they told me I couldn’t pay with my CC over the phone for pick up! Such an inconvenience since my daughter was going to pick it up.

Found a German roach in my honey chicken sauce. Took a pic of it and filed complaint with DBPR. needless to say, I won’t be returning here.

Best chinese food in homestead. Friendly delivery srvice and food was fresh. Also, most chinese places in homestead serve soggy food and not much flavor. I enjoyed the orange chicken and my wife had the bourbon chicken which was very good also. Definitely recommend.

I’ve tried several Chinese take out/delivery restaurants in Homestead and this one is the best by far. I typically order their honey chicken for my kids(and they love it), the Mongolian beef, fried rice, crab wontons, egg rolls(amazing) and the egg drop soup. Their food is always really fresh and has a ton of flavor. They don’t skimp on serving sizes and provide plenty of sauces. They aren’t expensive either. Love this place!

I am not a fan of eating Chinese food but it was a long Friday and decided to give it a shot. I actually was pleasantly surprised. The Mongolian beef can be made without being so spicy. It was pretty good. I have tasted better rice but it was ok. The egg rolls were delicious and the crab rangoon was yummy. A tad sweet. We also ordered the honey chicken. It was really good. On a rough day I definitely will order here again.

Food is decent and way too expensive. The food does taste fresh and the service is pretty good. Delivery service is above average. Again way too expensive for decent food.

The only reason why they even get a 1 star from me is because Im forced to! I will NEVEREVER buy from them again. Not only do they take 2 hours to deliver your food but they are EXTREMELYRUDE! They got my order wrong and when I called to tell them, the guy had the nerves to tell me he was doing me a favor by substituting the side that I didn’t want. Excuse me but that’s straight crap because I order from them all the time! Then he Hangs up in my face in the middle of me talking to him. They have lost a loyal customer! That is not how a Business is ran! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLESERVICE!!! NEVERAGAIN

So everybody says that Canton is the best Chinese food in Homestead. I disagree! This place is fantastic. My husband and I ordered the Orange Chicken and Fried Rice last weekend. They delivered it in 30 minutes, the portions were huge(we still have leftovers), the food was delicious and hot and most importantly the price was right! The Orange Chicken had little bits of orange peel that added a burst of fresh flavor and the food in general was not overly salty like you would expect from a Chinese restaurant. This will be our new go-to for Chinese take-out.

I have been a regular for the last year. Lunch specials are a very good value. They always make sure food is hot when I pick up. Food has always been delicious. Good food isn’t safe food. If you go, don’t look in back kitchen. What you see may scare you. I looked at the restaurant inspection reports for last three years and the average amount of violations was 20. Wow! I almost got sick thinking of how many meals I ate there with consistent unsanitary conditions. But I never got sick! If you have a strong stomach and are in the area, give them a try.

I’m convinced that eventually these people will sell authentic Chinese to me. After ordering soup(pass) and asking if they ever sell bing or bao, I was accused of «being a New Yorker.» Had a nice chat(in great English – if it matters to you) with a kid about the lamb Bejing-Born have for New Year’s Eve. I will bend them to my will and they will eventually serve me ma po tofu. With pork. And bao. And maybe squid ink chow mein. I will let you know. For now, all you need to know if it’s cheap – but all the appetizers are pre-fab and previously frozen and not good. Stick with stir fry which will be magma-hot and fresh.

Great prices, flavorful food, tender chicken, lots of veggies(yum!) friendly, family-oriented business. What more can you ask for? I am glad I came by here on my way to Biscayne National Park, rather than going to Pollo Tropical or Subway, which were the only other local options in that strip mall and for several more miles.
