This is no doubt the worst Pollo Tropical in Miami. Food is cold and chicken sometimes old.
The area is not a great place, but as an establishment you owe it to your customers to deal with the safety issues with bums blocking your drivethru or coming into the store and blocking the exit to ask for five dollars. Management does nothing and my complaint to corporate must not have been received.

I waited for this location from sometime now and gotta say that im really disappointed. I usually order through the drive thru because of the convenience and every time i get home there is food missing.
