Thus far it is not the experience or the professionalism I would have expected for «20 years of experience.» I have yet to have a finished bathroom which is ready for use. When you consider this installer for tile ask if he puts more emphasis on getting paid or providing good customer service. When messages were left about concerns they were not immediately addressed or excuses were made and could have resulted in a quicker resolution. The final result has yet to be seen. Oh, and I have cracked tile. At this point I am asking the floor be reinstalled.
