McDonald’s

a sign of a good place is consistency. consistency is not good though when you consistently screw up customers orders. i have yet to come here where i get what i ordered.
dropped by for drive through late lunch on the way to work. notice i said late lunch. NO lines. i ordered a fish sandwich with no tartar so i could eat and drive without having to worry about wearing it. i bite into my sandwich and it shits tartar sauce on my shirt… YAY! grill slip even said NO TARTAR.
$ 15hr you want huh? pull head out of ass please.

They gave me carbonated water what the fuck is this shit, and my fries were like a week old, I’m sad fuck off McDonald’s I hate you and when I called to let them know all they said was okay… Terrible oh and they don’t have shamrock shakes wtf is this its March I don’t agree with this.

This was the worst McDonalds I have ever been in in 50 years. The bathroom was not clean, the French fries were cold and not cooked thoroughly and I paid $ 1.50 for bacon but drove away without any bacon on my McMuffin.

DO NOT COME HERE .This is the worst of the worst. Customer service is horrible. The ice cream machine is never working. They never have the toys they advertise. Theyre nore expensive then other Mcdonalds Plus the employees allow there friends to beg for money from the patrons in the drive thru. Which probably why the drive thru is so backed up so they can go from window to window There is plenty of burger joints near by and another Mcdonald on Campbell drive. I’ve already had a bad experience with this place and I gave it a second chance… big mistake. A mistake I will not make again. Just honestly go somewhere else its not worth the agravation or lack of accountability at this location.

You guys get every meal wrong. I should not even be eating this unhealthy food. Farewell!

My second review here, because I gave this McDonald another chance and really the customer service here is really really bad.
The cashiers seems as if they just wanna take your money and move on, from them you won’t receive a smile, a greeting or anything that falls under good customer service category.
If you are looking for a place that looks semi good but with a horrible staff then this is the place. Not even the manager here cares about the customer service, the service here is so so so bad that I even took my whole bad experience up to corporate.
If you come here after reading this, well you’ve been warned.

This is the remodeled McDonalds of my teenage years. I went here all through high school. The old one had a play ground in the front with a ronald McDonald statute eerily watching the playing children. Everything seemed red and yellow. The place seemed like an out a dated movie prop, but it was our hang out and we loved it. We never got run out of there, no matter how large or noisy the group was.
Now flashed to today, It is a sleek looking building with the playground replaced by manicured xeriscape. The inside looks like modern european design. It has a community table with bar stools for large groups. There is is an area with free computers with games for kids at the perfect height. Two TVs hang from the wall with news and sports. The menu signs are all electronic with changing images to keep your attention. There is a café section where all different sweet coffee beverages are created. The staff is knowledgable on their menu and they are friendly. There is a manager always up front to quickly handle problems. It seems that their attitude has developed more like Publix, where the customer is always right. I have seen they store give away product because they have made a mistake.
Outside through the drive through, McDonalds new standard is having two lines simultaneously moving at the same time for a quicker experience.
Finally my favorite is that all McDonalds accept Applepay. The beginning was a slow learning experience for the staff. I feel there was no training except when I was doing it to buy my routine coffee or occasional ice cream cone. Now I have no problems with using it and the cashiers get excited when you use it. Though newly designed, I still can see memories at this place…

Always nice coming to this mcdonalds for a quick snack. The dollar menu always makes my wallet smile and the employees are quite friendly. I’ve never had a problem at this McDonald’s! I recommend it fully.

Food is good– service fast. What can I say?! It’s McDonalds — better than the average. They like to have big signs advertising their fancy two lane always open double drive through but it’s not always open.

Brand new McDonalds, completely redone! New design is really nice! The staff however is a different story! First the drive thru staff screw up my order. I park, get out of my vehicle, go inside (completely defeating the purpose of a drive thru!), and give the girl at the counter my messed up food and let her know how it was supposed to be made. I stand and wait for five mins until a guys walks up to the counter and orders the same item I did. The girl then tells him that they have no more. I ask her about mine, inquiring if they have the replacement that I have been waiting for. She stands their dumbfounded. Finally a manager comes over and quit rudely tells me that she can either get me another item or refund my money. I guess that’s what I get for trying to get fast food for dinner. I took the refund and will not be returning!
