Went to the Lowe’s in Homestead store #2707 and picked up 4 rolls of twine(349212) and paid for 10 more that was going to be transfered to the Homestead store from Kendall # 2904. Just as I left the store # 2707 called that they can not transfer because it did not meet the minimum. I called the store in Kendall # 2904 and they hand 13 rolls in stock and would hold them for me. I drove the 31 mile to Kendall and they did not have any. They had been used to tie down Christmas trees. This is not the frist time something like this has happen to me with Lowe’s I deal with about 100 different companies in the Homestead area and I will be telling them about my experience with Lowe’s The store in Kendall(#2904) still shows that they have 13 rolls in stock.

Wow what a terrible experience… I went to purchase a grill(@$ 400 plus accessories) and had nothing but terrible service. I asked to take the floor model due to a limited time frame with a vehicle that could accommodate transporting the grill. When I asked the service associate in the grill section for assistance, he was rude and unaccommodating(with no smile to say the least). Needless to say I left and went to Home Depot. I left and contacted the manager, Dan, who seemed less than interested making the situation better. As someone who works in customer service, every mistake is an opportunity for improvement. Let’s just say Dan and his staff have some opportunity for improvement.

I would give Lowes 0 stars if available. Do not buy anything that is special ordered or you have to wait for!!! When you buy, they give you false dates, those dates come and go and the dates keep getting farther out… If you don’t call to follow up don’t worry they won’t call you. Customer service is nonexistent, the store managers have no clue what’s going on, the phones will ring off the hook when you call specific departments.

Horrible customer service. I was looking for a particular tool and after being transferred 4 times I was put on hold for an hour. While I waited I was able to drive and see for myself the very limited selection of tools and see first hand(or not see) the lack of customer service on site. Two thumbs down!!!

not sure why this place gets a bad rap. customer service has been good and the store is generally well laid out and clean. it’s a touch pricier than the home depot down the road but sometimes you don’t want to deal with the crowds. i’ve gotten some great deals here in their kobalt tools section. there’s stuff regularly marked down. sure it’s chinese crap but it gets the job done and doesn’t hurt if it gets lost or broken.

It is unfortunate, because there are no many options in the area, so we had to buy several items for the house, from a riding lawn mower to carpeting and appliances, but the customer service in this store is terrible! The whole store is run by teenagers that have no idea how to treat a customer, what service is or what the stuff they sell does. Awful service!

This place sucks especially the customer service. The emplyees don’t know anything about anything. Either the training program for the employees sucks or the leadership is lacking, but something is definitely wrong with that store. I will NEVER shop there again. The only good thing is that they give me my military discount, but home depot does that too.

Went there to get some base boards that I liked and that the Lowes near me didnt have. So I went out of my way to go to this Lowes. So, from the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was great. A young lady Amy help me out. She gave outstanding, professional service. I will go out of my way again and again for good help like this.

We went to Lowe’s to buy some stain for my fence. It took a while to get helped and the paint guy didn’t seem to know his stuff all that well. After looking around for a while we picked a color and had the guy put aside the stain while we looked for a funnel. After searching the entire store, we couldn’t find a funnel anywhere. So we found an employee and asked where the funnels are. He was nice enough to direct us to some paper strainer things that were clearly not funnels. I pointed out that the paper things weren’t funnels, so he went and got help from another employee who also couldn’t figure out what a funnel was. After a few minutes of watching these carnies trying to figure out what a funnel was, I got bored and went to Home Depot and bought my stain and a funnel.
