My wife and I have been going to Dr. Lofton and Furnari for a couple of years now and have always had wonderful experiences. We have never had to wait long, the doctors are personable and spend time explaining things. The optical shop is always busy, but we have never had to wait long. They do repairs of glasses quickly and at no cost.
I would highly recommend their services.

I was hesitant to go to this office, after reading all the reviews. But they were the only doctor in the area that took my insurance.
From start to finish my visit was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctors while not OVERLY personable, were nice, professional and courteous.
I will say that the office was pretty busy. There was a lot going on, but it was a Saturday morning. So that was to be expected.
Overall, I think they were great, and I’ll be back! :)

Terrible service! Having a smile on your face is not good customer service. I waited months for my order to come in and when it did it was wrong. They never called me to let me know my order came in. I called several times to inquire the status. On multiple occasions was just left on hold. When I finally went In I find that they lost my phone number and my order was wrong. I had to wait again for my order. They are overpriced, unprofessional and disorganized.

This shop does a large amount of government voucher glasses. They always seem to be trying to squeeze as much as possible out of patients. They charged me twice as much to add on transition lens than what I paid as an add on to my last pair of glasses. I would not recommend to any person who has a voucher.
