Sometimes the best foods come out of the smallest towns… and that is very true for Fried Chicken in Homer, Louisiana. I was told by all the locals that this is the very best fried chicken in all the land, and boy were they right!
The chicken breading melts in your month and has such a strong crunch in comparison with the juicy white meat. Ketchup was on my plate, but completely unnecessary, the chicken was that good. You could tell the biscuit was made moments before consumption and don’t even get me started on the corn nuggets… These golden gems of corn are worth the drive and then some!
