Art Rayba made my internet purchase a very smooth one. I had been looking to buy a Sport Trac for several months in my Chicago area with no success. I encountered dealers who wanted me to buy out from under someone who was coming in to buy a vehicle, others that had no idea what customer service meant, and some just plain rude. Art made this a 180 degree different experience from the very start. I contacted him via e-mail and immediately got a response with the details that I had asked for. I wrote back to say that I would take the vehicle and Art immediately got the ball rolling having me send in key paperwork that very day. As I had never bought a car on-line before, Art walked me through the process and made sure I understood where we were at all times. He was always very responsive in returning calls or e-mails and always came through on any request I had. Since the need to have the vehicle shipped was another new twist in car buying, I was glad that Art was so helpful and accommodating, especially when the transfer driver showed up without advanced notice! Art called to apologize that he didn’t have time to wash the truck as he wanted to do it just before it left. I truly think he felt bad about it even though it was not something he could control. He is a man who clearly loves his job and shows such enthusiasm. He made me feel I was his only customer with his interactions and I know he must have many others in the works with his talent. He answered calls outside of normal business hours and even from home on his day off. He has also e-mailed and called me after the sale to see if I liked the vehicle and if he could do anything else for me. Who does that these days? If you want a straight-forward, honest, and dedicated purchase of a vehicle — you definitely need to see Art Rayba at Luther Ford Lincoln. Art — the truck is beautiful and exactly what I needed to help with the local animal shelter. All of the dogs and cats join me in saying Thanks so much for your help!
