The staff here was so helpful. They took a lot of time making sure that we knew how to get in and out, use the elevator, and going over the basics. The basement is the perfect temperature for storing instruments, though they say the whole building is climate controlled. What the other user said about the elevator isn’t completely true. It’s an industrial-​type elevator which is good for fitting a lot of things in, but the doors have to be shut manually, and if they aren’t, the elevator can’t move. So people forget a lot and you’re kind of stuck ringing the bell until they or the staff hears it and closes the doors for you. I was a little hesitant with a storage facility in that area of Holyoke, but I feel that my stuff is completely safe, which is the point of storage.

You need to take an elevator to the basement, 2nd and 3rd floor, if there is other people, good luck, you may have to wait really long time but the worst is the elevator fails so much you may have to carry your stuff by the stairs, the staff doesn’t know how to handle it so it’s very common for the elevator to be unavailable when you need it.
