I used to come here all the time, but i recently ordered some icecream and found not just 1 BUT 2 really long hair in my ice cream… when i found the first one, i threw that scoop of icecream away, but when I saw the second hair after eating more icecream i was done. Showed it to the employee and they asked if i wanted another one, but i already lost my appetite. Did not even offer a refund.

We used to the Unilocal deal which makes cold stone so much more affordable.
ice cream is creamy, close to a gelatto texture. i love the chunkiness of the toppings mixed in with the ice cream.
I don’t go enough to name ice cream off the top of my head. you can create your own mix or they have at least 20 different pre-​reciped concoctions

Went here one time with a gift card a few weeks ago. I got one of the special things that had strawberries, funnel cake, ice cream and whipped cream. It was so good. I like ice cream, especially extremely overpriced ice cream. It came out to ~$ 5, but I used a gift card, so it was essentially free. for me.
One down side is, as someone else mentioned, the employees just wear street clothes. It was not very «professional».but not like a job there would be professional.
One up side is that there is extremely ample parking. It is at the edge of the plaza and there is nothing important near it.
Normally, I would not go here, but once in awhile during very special ocassions or with a giftcard. then I’ll go.

Stopped in to get ice cream to go. Not only was it packed with young kids but one of the kids (i guess an employee) went from a table to directly into the working line and started dishing ice cream for his friends. No hand washing, no way of telling employees from customers… I was more than grossed out and will not be coming back to this Cold Stone.
